the gay men on AfterElton seem to like the make out session a lot. They said that it was the first time klaine acted like 2 normal, horny teenagers. They didn't like Kurt being too chaste/asexual before because it was just not realistic. remember that men and women are quite different when it comes to their views/reactions about sex. young men driven by plentiful of testostrone are simply not going to hold back when their object of desire has the same goal.
