Re: Kurt Hummel Spoiler Thread - part 24
God forbid the make Blaine shut the hell up and let Kurt sing alone. And god forbid the let Kurt sing without the horrible asshole he is destined to spend an eternity in hell with to pleas some teenage fan girls who only care about the grease stain who is about as talented as an actual geese stain. Yes I am breaking my own rule and being extra snarky here but I am cranky from working too damn hard
Re: Kurt Hummel Spoiler Thread - part 24
I hope that Lea's tweet today that she's filming with dogs at this late date, just 8 days before final airing doesn't mean there were any major rewrites to Chris' episode due to Naya's apparently being gone.
Some years Glee has rushed the last few episodes so there's that.
However, I can't help but feel that if Naya was supposed to have sang in Episode 20 and had a role in the SL they are scrambling to rewrite that episode.
Yet if they had to cut Naya out of Chris episode and he had scramble to rewrite....SHIT...
What a fucking mess.

- I Melt with You (Glee Cast Version)
- Memory (Glee Cast Version feat. June Squibb)
- Werewolves of London (Glee Cast Version)
- Lucky Star (Glee Cast Version feat. June Squibb)
- Take Me Home Tonight (Glee Cast Version feat. June Squibb)
It's safe to assume that the songs feat. June Squibb might involve Kurt/Chris as well?

Re: Kurt Hummel Spoiler Thread - part 24
Chris wouldn't be cruel and not give himself "Memory" would he??
If the rumors it is a duet with June SQuib are true, I would be good with that.
Must be linked to the spoiler someone posted who was on set and had chills hearing Kurt sing the opening verses of a song that was not a solo.
This could be such an epic number!!!

I can see the June Squibb being with Kurt and the retirement home? So maybe 3 of those songs have NOTHING to do with anyone else? I Melt with you might be for the Girls fo BRoad Way bitches? Which means Blaine is gonna intrude on Kurt and his mini project? Sing with June Squibb?

I wonder if they mislabeled June on 3 numbers.
NGL, if Glee is going to allow Old Tina (Shirley M) to croak her way through several numbers I don't mind a true Broadway vet like June her spotlight once more. OMG, she was a stripper from the Original production of "Gypsy".

Not to be a downer, but remember we saw that big long cast list that had Blaine on top, followed by Maggie Banks, and a bunch of characters we don't know (including paparazzi), so one of these songs could very well be going to Blaine at least in part.
Maybe Kurt has a nightmare that Blaine has a fetish for old ladies as a result of his interactions with June, and Blaine sings "Take Me Home Tonight" with Maggie Banks. And then Blaine gets chased by paparazzi.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of these songs are actually from Peter Pan, right?

I really do think Memory will be incredibly moving. Think how moving the grandmother role was in SBL...

It could simply be a quick scene of Blaine chased by paparazzi.
Im wondering on which song ( I'm assuming )Kurt sings with a harness, " Lucky Star"?

I honestly can't see any of the other songs that that person on set a week ago twittered about fitting the bill of their description other than " Memory" re: ie so moved by Chris opening sung lines.
On a positive note, I doubt any possible rewrites per Santana impacted Kurt's SL in the retirement home.

Am I a bad person that after I got over my initial squee! that these were my first clear thoughts?
"Chris is throwing some major shade there."
"Minimal Blaine is a good thing."
"BWAH! Rachel fall down!"
"When did Billy Dee Williams get so fat?"
