I'm sure that in the K(b)lainers mind, Kurt's involvement with Elliott is exactly like Blaine's involvement with Sebastian, but it isn't. Blaine knows that Kurt and Elliot are friends, and are in the band together, and Elliott doesn't flirt with Kurt and he made it clear that they were just friend. Sebastian flirted with Blaine from the start, and made It very clear he was interested in Blaine. And even though Blaine knew Kurt felt that Sebastian was a threat to their relationship, Blaine continued to interact with him behind Kurt's back.

Kurt is by no means an angel, but he's not doing anything wrong in his interaction with Elliott. As I said before, the only thing he should have done was warn the greasy head jealous cheating bastard before posting the picture on facebook.

I agree. I wish Kurt would call off the engagement and totally break-up if Blaine. I would like Blaine a bit more, if he was not in my opinion a hypocrite. Still would not be a big fan ,but would not dislike him as much as I do now.

Please! Kurt is not cheating, he's only having a good time with his new friend, what's wrong with that? I'm so tired of this, unlike blaine, is seems that Kurt is not allowed to have male friends, not even straight guys. C'mon Elliot himseld said he was glad that Kurt was after him.


On a side note, trying to be fair, not all klainers thinks kurt is cheating. But I believe this has to be with Adam Lambert himself, some loves him so much that forgives him anything. Well, still I'm waiting their reaction if Elliot/Kurt kiss someday.

Well, according to B(K)lainers - Kurt has to live in isolation and idolize his fiance. He's not to be touched by any other male, he's to be pure so he can be sacrificed on his wedding day to the god of their psychotic dream.

It could be just trying to get more hits  . With most(some?) Klainers its hard to tell since Kurt can't do anything without having to do with Blaine

Just going to say I have been in the internet and forums/discussions groups/tumblr and I have encountered more than my share of Kurt fans who think there is only room 1 star: KUrt Hummell.   Ditto Blaine fans.

And some of these fans are as deepshit crazy as any fans I've never seen on the social media.  So for me, I don't pretend only one set of fans has a subset of crazy over the top fanatical stans.  

I don't pretend that either. There are enough crazy fans in every fandom, I agree.
But since I remember my discussions with some fanatic Rachel stans from the times when Rachel and Kurt were pitted againt each other, and I encountered them (some the same posters, others not) again this week because of the episode 'Frenemies' I noticed how similar they seem to be to Rachel as a characters (that noone is even good enough to stand in her shadow), that's all.

We often see K(B)lainers behaving in a typical K(B)lainer stan way, and I'm sure the most fanatic Kurt stans have some common irritaing traits that other fandoms notice and dislike. But they didn't bother me this week, whereas the Rachel stans have. Hence the vent.  

Plus I thought it would make a nice change from all the Blarrenstans ranting we do in this thread.   

I have had it with a lot Klainers.   

I have not seen one caring that Chris got hurt, it is all about the ring and Blaine.

How can a fandom not care about someones well fair?

They of course would not care, they would just think oh, goody now we will see more of Blarren.      

Even an actor that I don't even follow I feel sympathy for if they get injured, but this lot feel none.

I am glad this fandom is shrinking but it still makes me angry that they don't care about Chris when they are supposedly fans of both.  

Great  post.  Any  so called Klainer who  cares more about a ring than Kurt makes me angry.       I am not fan of Blaine especially  during and  after  season 4 , but I still  would  be   far   more concern  about him  than any   material  possessions  like a ring  if he was wearing a ring and the one getting  bashed   or any material possession.  Also, any Klainer  who   does  not care Chris was   hurt in  my opinion   should   not  call  themselves  Chris Colfer fans.   

They are not Chris Colfer fans. If they were they would not be so upset when Chris jokes about another love interest for Kurt, and they certainly would not tweet him about it.
If you see a post that begins with "I love Chris Colfer, but....." it's usually a Blarrenstan.  

And they are certainly not Kurt fans if they care more about the ring and Blaine's 'blangst' than about Kurt being hurt.   

As for the bolded about the K(B)laine fandom shrinking: I've read quite a few posts on several boards/tumblr of people saying that they are fan of Blaine for a long time (or Klaine) but it's getting harder and harder to like him, and the 'Frenemies' episode really didn't help with the Nationals solo and Blaine getting valedictorian.

If Blaine gets so jealous that Kurt can't even post an innocent pic (come on: a peck on the cheek in a clearly funny/cheesy intented selfie) on instagram then that should not be Kurt's problem, nor his obligation to gently warn Blaine beforehand. And for crying out loud: the pic was posted on a public place. If Kurt would have something to hide he surely wouldn't post a Starkurt pic on instagram like that.

If Kurt can't be "spontaneous and fun" (sorry, had to put that Blaine quote in) anymore and constantly has to walk on eggshells so Blaine won't blow a fuse over nothing, then I'd call it an abusive relationship: a relationship that limits Kurt as Blaine would accuse and punish Kurt over every little innocent thing.

It's funny that I just mentioned in my previous post that in my observation I think that a lot of fans of a certain character/actor seem to have his/her character traits too. Well, one of the Blarrenstans' character traits is thinking that Kurt is Blaine's property and any interaction of Kurt with another guy will be considered cheating. As does Blaine.

And it's a double shame, because not only is the beloved character Kurt tethered to douchebag bf Blaine, but Chris is also thethered to an actor and singer who cannot keep up with him and who basically usurped him in the show.

Agreed. And it's scary that Klaine is being shown as healthy, and impressionable kids/teens are thinking this is how a relationship works

People get attached to characters, and I don't think that person is pathetic. Not nice that people do though.  

One them is re known for being a bully there so that is double standards right there.  

And we have every right to dislike a character of a ship and vent about it.

I wouldn't worry about what is said over there. This forum wouldn't even exist right now if some of the very people who are discussing us didn't run us off for not worshipping blarren.

I have said it before, and I will say it again. I still don't get why people here still visit and let the gf get to them. We all know what it is like over there. I just don't get why people spend some of their valuable time reading and discussing a forum the aren't a part of anymore, and one the were run off of.

I agree, I don't waste my precious time on that place, because I know that I'll be frustrated by the myopia that permeates there. When work has been so busy that my lunch break was literally eatimg a peppermint patty I don't care to add even more negative feelings.

Some threads on GF are still interesting to read, although I don't visit it much anymore and stopped posting there except for my Kurt reviews.
Every Glee board has its own 'atmosphere' and preferences when it comes to Glee in general and characters in particular. So the ones visiting and posting are usually with mostly likeminded people.
That's why I sometimes take a peek over there, but I like it better here and e.g. on TWoP and P_F.

I feel uncomfortable and I will not try to censor anyone over sometimes what I feel is  focus on Blaine/Darren on this forum.  It's frustrating to read something positive about a song Chris/Kurt is going to sing just to have redirected back to Blaine/Darren.   I respect that others may not like him, but I do like some of his songs and I don't mind the character with Kurt if written well.

I do think it's ironic that some seem to post more about Darren/Blaine than Chris/Kurt.  I have never understood that.  Yes, I'm a RAchel, Santana, Artie, Mercedes fan too,  i don 't really care now for the character of Sam, but it defeats the purpose of this forum to talk so much about any particular character over Kurt for long periods of time.  
Chris/ Kurt in his forum should be the character most discussed  and of course admired.      

Once again, we all have buttons that get pushed but as  Chris Colder fan Forum I want to try to focus more on the Chis than any other actor/character. I must say things are looking for Chris on Glee and yet some are so unrelenting negative about anything at times I wonder if they enjoy Chris at all on Glee anymore. I certainly enjoy him immensely.!

Sorry one last vent.  IF that remark about Chris not singing had been made about Chord or Darren, the poster would have been slapped down for bashing and too much negativity.  What make certain stanners "creepy" isn't their being gay..LOL..but their selective preference per their idols on what constitutes negative or bashing of characters/actors.   The double standards are hilarious.

On to another snark item, I just can't get over how Ryan Murphy just washes over these Noobs by completely ignoring them for most of their last episodes. Glee would have done better by moving up Nationals/Graduation and working on the revamped NY instead of just staying at McKinley for more filler episodes. What they in essence did was make Nationals a "filler" episode. How do you screw up things that badly?

Unfortunately, Blaine/Darren is so connected to Kurt/Chris on the show and in the fandom that sometimes it can be difficult to separate them. I think to a certain extent, that some of it comes from the fact that we spent so much time being scolded for not worshipping Darren on the GF, and then have taken abuse from Blarren stans on tumblr and twitter over the years. A lot of it comes from the writing of Kurt and Blaine as both individuals and a couple as well, since they are written so unevenly, and Blaine has been pushed to the forefront and not held responsible for his actions, while Kurt has had his voice taken away from him.

Depending on how Klaine is written when Blaine moves to NY, this type of discussion is either going to get either better or a worse around here. Snark and bark will always be free from moderation, but if people are uncomfortable with the way discussions are going on the other threads, don't be afraid to say, "Hey, can you continue this discussion over on snark & bark" or come to me, tanita_mors, or delight, and ask us to take care of it. This board has worked like this successfully for two years because people aren't afraid to say, "hey, take it to snark & bark" and people don't take offense when asked to do that. I hope that we can continue that, even as more posters join us.

I will say that part of me can't wait for the day in about 15 months when Glee is over, and Chris moves on to other projects. I really do long for the day when he is not connected to Darren anymore, and we don't feel the need to discuss him around here anymore, because even I grow tired of discussing him (though it's hard not to when he is throw in our faces so much on the show).
