You know, I have no problem with those who love the Noobs unconditionally. 

That is different from the panties and boxer brigade who never gave truly gave shit about them but just championed them because there were props for their Blam/Blee fix.  (Nothing wrong with that but the hypocritical stance, some of those same "Tina" lovers slammed the door on that character..) 

So yes, those who sincerely thought Marley was the greatest thing since White bread, that the titanic Jarley/Jyley triangle needed to be resolved, (never mind that Marley/Melissa made the singular feat of making both relationships as interesting as tap water and that Jake/Ryder had, ironically enough, more "heat" than with the female ingenue).  The utter pointlessness of both the eating disorder SL and the catfishing SL which took volumes of screen time..

I can even accept that Marely fans thing that "Wrecking Ball" was an awesome Glee number the gravitas of the plastic swinging wrecking ball, as well as the angry bricks flung by La Marley...(I'm keeping a straight face here...)

Sure  it's one thing to like/love Noobs and characters (after all there is one deranged person out there that   thinks the annoying Harmony is the best character on Glee..OK I do judge that one, LMAO) but at this point:

The way they were escorted off the show, buck naked humiliated by muzzling them so they didn't even get an exit song between all of them..

Insult to injury: no plans to have them return as regulars or even recurring guest stars, (it's telling that the one Noob who got the least amount of built and sceentime, Unique, was the one RM wanted to bring back,. which makes one suspect it had more to do with the topical  PSA he wanted , "Transgender love" than the actual character Alex portrayed)

The  way the Noobs didn't warrant a tour like RM touted them prior to Season 4.

It would take a freaking amount of delusion  AT THIS POINT to think that FOX, RIB or both didn't take their stint as the new ND disappointing, and considered it a  burden/toxic thing to bring them back.

What is sad are the ones who delude themselves who think the PTB thought of them as a "success".

I saw that and was sorely tempted to write about it, but held back because I didn't want to spoil the new book for anyone. It was a really pointed commentary and speaks volumes about how Chris sees what Klaine has turned into. Or rather, how Kurt is seen now only as half (and often the lesser half) of Klaine.

So looking forward to the day when Chris is free of Glee and Klaine once and for all and he no longer has to feel like he or his character only matter because they are paired with Darren/Blaine.

Chris also repeated that he didn't want Kurt to be happy FOR someone or BY someone but only for himself. That is pretty clear to me what message he sends towards Klaine and Kurt/Rachel. But I doubt RIB will take this into account anyway.

I don't think Chris minds Kurt being in a relationship, or even necessarily with the Blaine character. 

The problem is that :

1) CrissColfer fanatics try to link the actors in real life to a romantic relationship and have disparaged his real life relationship to his BF Will

2) The character of Kurt has been sidelined in screen time to essentially only his Klaine SL

3) Some of the Klaine fans are demanding and entitled;  When Chris once compared  some Klaine fans to Twilight fans, I think it's stretching it to think that was meant to be a compliment.

However, I've never read anywhere from Kurt that he objects specifically to Kurt being linked to Blaine, more that he wants development/happiness for Kurt as an individual.

It's the primary  identity of  Kurt as part of a couple as opposed to an individual  character that he's ambivalent about.  I can't blame him, unlike the Blaine character, the Kurt character became a stand out  on his own in SEason one without a relationship link so he didn't need to be part of a relationship to be developed.

With better writers, I don't think Chris would object to Kurt being in a relationship with Blaine AND having individual character development to find his inner happiness.  Alas, with Glee that is not possible.

This is something I like about Chris, he has that ability to express when he's disagree with something subtly, and (some) people still get it.

Chris is in invested in the character of Kurt, so I don't think that Chris is so much " anti Glee" as much as pro Kurt. He's very protective of the character.

He envisions Kurt as happy with himself, opinionated, snarky and a fighter. Chris doesn't like to have messages pounded over the screen and he's questioned getting one's soulmate so early in life. I doubt if he thinks a teenage gay marriage should be the ultimate happy ending for Kurt.

It's not so much "shading" as having a fully realized and consistent concept of Kurt.

I am seeing several stories from today signings where some (one is a loyal Chris fan and I don't think she would make this stuff up) that there was a group of CrissColfer tinhatters that turned up, one kept talking about Darren's so called sell out tour.   

That some of them asked Chris about Glee and Darren and it seemed to be the only reason they were there, and buying the book and getting it signed might have an interior motive to try and fuel their CrissColfer fantasies. 

More money for Chris and his publishers so no great lose there.

These other ones that weren't happy appear to be Klainers going by their tumblr icons and url's on tumblr.

As Karen was there, I was wondering if she saw or heard any of this?

This could have happened later though after she got her book signed and she left.

But I have seen a post from one Darren/Chris stan that when she met him she now calls him an arsehole but she still loves him and Chris arousing because she met him at the book signing today.

If I didn't already seriously dislike Darren, this would push me over the edge. It's not funny and it's not cute. Darren put Chris is a position where he had no choice but to play along (being that they were in front of an audience of thousands and later on the internet). It was a violation of Chris's person and I can totally understand him losing respect and trust with Darren over it.

I praise Chris for staying professional and in character.

I hazard a guess this could be the one that was raving about Darren's tour to others that were not interested and where there just for Chris.

personally, i don't want to be kissed by a guy or a girl or an animal w/o my explicit consent. it would be a violation of my person if one does it. it's akin to one's ass being grabbed - it's very disrespectful and is sexual harassment technically. chris has to put up w/ it because they are in the midst of a performance so he couldn't react negatively. if i were him though i would give him a slap in the face, but of course, it would kill the show.
