Sound like hard work i didnt use any english in my everyday life. Been like 4 years that i had graduated from uni where was the last time i really need to hand in assignment in english. Well that kinda hard thinking the word to use..

Chris is just so unusual, he the first person i saw that kinda give a different vibe in every picture, and his face look different too. Never really saw any celebrity that can be cute, beautiful, hot and gorgeous. Playfull and serious, innocence and dirty minded..and many others too...Feel lazy to form/think what others are in english

^ you know, I was thinking. In some level Kurt is also a polarizing character, but it's almost always because his gayness, or effeminency. Blaine on the other hand, doesn't have much to do w/ his sexuality, unless you are talking about some female fans wanting to see him kissing girls. It seems to me that if you are not one of those swooning fan girls and boys - if you are are at least indifferent to DC or Blaine, you will end up dislike him sooner or later because of (1) the bad writing for poor characterization and constant canon worshipping, (2) lack of good acting to makeup for the bad writing and (3) his rabid and evangelizing stans.

you know there are a lot of bad characters on tv and in movies - I mean characters who are evil and very much hateable, but when are played brilliantly by good actors they become the characters you love to see even if you hate their guts. blaine is hte opposite. he's supposed to be a dreamboat yet lots of us can't stand him. The annoying factor is just over the roof.

One thing I will say in defense of Darren/Blaine (fourth time I've said that this week) is that I'm realizing a lot of my friends who like Glee and do not participate in the fandom think that Darren is really talented, and love watching his performances. I wonder if we wouldn't dislike him so much if we weren't so intune with the fandom, and so annoyed with his stans.

I don't think I'd mind Darren/Blaine nearly so much if he wasn't attached at the hip to Chris, and he wasn't thrown down our throats week after week.

Glee wasn't hte first tv show DC is in. He wasn't known for his first role in EastWick (never watched that show)

I love Blaine Anderson. He’s the whole reason I started and still continue to watch Glee. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the video for Teenage Dream, it’s what made me watch Never Been Kissed.
Blaine is such a strong and complex character and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed his development and learning about him. A lot of it has been subtle but everything revealed just further intrigues me.
I want to learn more about him-more storylines focusing on him in greater depth-as he may have had a bad past with all of the bullying and his less than warm welcome by certain characters at McKinley but he’s not broken or bitter. He has his faults-like his impulsiveness and occasionally his anger-and then he has his many admirable qualities. He still strives to do what he wants and be true to himself. He’s knowledgeable and a strong team member without neglecting his own dreams. He’s so brave and he’s an amazing boyfriend to boot. I could go on and on. He’s so very interesting. His performances are always top-notch. He’s a joy to watch and has so many layers that I can never be bored with him.

while blaine is a big bore for me but it's quite fascinating to see how extreme the reactions are to this character. I totally agree he's polarizing, and obviously neither side understands how one can love/hate him because he's so boring/perfect. Our ability to see things and inteprete reality cannot be easily trusted.

Boy, the Blarren stans are really taken over. But I like the other comments.

Makes you understand why people call Darren's fans rabid. I hope with the Hunger Games more focus will be taken off Darren and his young fans disappear.

And I agree, about Big Brother would be mostly Darren singing, and hardly any development if any will be for Blaine.

Wouldn't it be hysterical if his brother got more development and backstory than Blaine.

If they were impressed by Darren's acting why have flashbacks with other actors, where one is a young Blaine who can probably act better than him.

If Darren wants credibilty as an actor he should stop playing characters that are more like him or just him.

He can't rely on his fans keeping him famous. His young fans will soon disappear and move on to someone else.

Before long Darren will no longer be in the hottest polls and thus that is when his fanbase will decrease. Well, here's hoping so he is forced to grow up and take his career seriously instead of pandering to his young fanbase.

I'm glad Chris fans aren't rabid tweens or teens and are more mature than Darren's.

And none of friends think Darren is all that talented acting wise, they think of him as novelty. He can perform that's it, his acting is not at all impressive and they aren't apart of the fandom and are just general viewers. *shrug*

I think Chris has his share of rabid fans too, but they are mostly younger klaine fans I believe. Most pure Kurtsies are better behaving, but you never know.

p.s. not all klaine fans are rabid. Just try to clarify. it all depends on the individuals.

I just saw TV Line new article about TV's Most Polarizing Characters and a lot of comments are about Blaine, there's one that mostly express what we thing here:

Can’t stand him. Blaine has been awful to Kurt on more than one occasion. And Darren Criss isn’t a very good actor. He has a fine singing voice, but anything that requires emotion? He’s lost. Blaine is the main reason I’ve lost interest in Glee. I hope that next season Kurt and he aren’t together anymore and Kurt finds someone worthy of his love.

About that line that is not in bold, personally I don't think so he has been awful to Kurt because I haven't seen a real interaction between them to give a better opinion, though Sebastian flirting cause problems at the beggining but I don't see interaction between Sebastian and Blaine either. And Blaine is not annoyed enough to make us stop watching glee, right?
