As funny as it sounds he will need a working visa for UK as well, so why not a UK agent. You only usually hear it more the other way around: a foreigner seeking out a working visa to US. I suppose he already has it because he's been hired and has had a fitting already.

Do American actors working in the UK usually get British management representation?

Going by the HH clientele, it doesn't look that common, but America Ferrera is with them too, so apparently it happens.

I was wondering the same thing. Does he still have his U.S. agents as well?

Re: Chris Colfer Appreciation Thread!--part 9
From Tumblr, it sounds like it could be pretty accurate, but I'm not going to pay money to IMdB to find out for sure :
Alla works for ID which is Chris’ PR firm not his agent/manager. Last I heard he is represented by ICM and Coast to Coast in the US. Coast to Coast was his original agency and they handle young talent. He added ICM a couple of years ago and then there’s Rob Weisbach Creative Management who handles his writing career. Now HH is, I would think, for any UK stuff. So that makes, I think, four agencies currently plus ID for his PR.
Just more evidence the man doesn’t screw around with his career.

America starred as Roxie Hart in a WestEnd production of Chicago back in 2011. I did not know!

I can see Chris getting another house or apartment in England someday in the future.
I am guessing this is why Joe could not announce filming dates for Noel.
That is quite a list of stars.

About Chris’s new UK management
Someone sent me the following message and asked to be anonymous. If this is true, it’s wonderful!
“FYI re Chris signing with Hamilton Hodell - I notice he’s being rep’d by Christian Hodell. I work with a lot of UK talent agencies, primarily on the stage side (I’m a photoshoot director & editor) & I’d def rank HH in the UK’s top 10 agencies. Some rank higher mainly bc of their exclusive client list but Christian Hodell himself reps some of the top talent in the UK, both international & also domestic TV, film & stage, & is very powerful & well respected in the industry. This is great for Chris.”

I think that this is probably very significant for Chris. Getting signed with one of the top agents in London speaks volumes about him being considered a very marketable talent in England. And British cinema produces a lot of prestige films. I'm starting to get the impression that Chris has something more lined up in London than just one film at this point. Or at the very least is in the talks to do more.

chris is a smart business man. he knows what he wants and hires the best in the industry to help him reach his goals. i totally trust his judgments. so far he's had nothing but success. you can't attribute all of that to luck alone.

Re: Chris Colfer Appreciation Thread!--part 9
It would make sense if he could line up works in Europe and UK, just pop back to US in July for the book tour and then return for perhaps post production for Noel at least. We'll see.
This waiting just continues.

Chris is doing more Hollywood stuff - he's going to be presenting at the Critics Choice Television Awards tonight.

That's nice, he rarely goes to those events ( unless nominated) and that's scheduled for May 31.

Same here.
Happy Birthday Chris!
Chris has presented before with Zoe from New Girl.
I think 2012 when he had the blonde highlights and Zoe hated the dress she was wearing so Chris got her and himself table cloths so she could cover her dress when the went out to present and so she would not feel silly standing out on stage with a table cloth around her.
This was the story I got from someone.
But I remember the pics as I have them on my old computer but will take me forever to find them.

^I loved those highlights in his hair.
And the way his hair was styled at the Critic's Choice Award in 2012 is one of my favorites.

I could not reblog this video and just liked it as my internet was having problems. I have been looking for it for hours. Went through three pages of likes to find it again as it had disappeared from my dash and was not in the Chris Colfer tag.
I think the person that did this must not have used Chris Colfer as one of the tags, why I cannot see it.

The audio that is not is not that good from what I have seen but here is what was said.
Chris is getting more bold.
lovejoybliss:
Chris is getting more bold.
lovejoybliss:
Michael Mando: Chris and I are here to present the award for best reality show host.
Chris Colfer: These reality show hosts do so many things. They have to be charming, do great interviews, be a shoulder to cry on, direct traffic, and grope the camera man’s ass.
Michael: I don’t think any of these hosts actually do that.
Chris: Betty White’s in this category.
Michael: Oh right, she’s very grabby grabby.
Chris: Yes she is.
