Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
- Spoiler:
- I am intrigued by Rachel Duncan. She is so different from the other clones and so malicious, business-like and cold. However I suspect the more we get to know her, the more we start to like her. The scene when Sarah almost shot Rachel was clear highlight from last episode.
Just as example, Allison started as a maniac soccer-Mom and she is now one of the best aspects of the show. Her comedic timing is just excellent.
In general, the show is just excellent. I also love how female-driven the show is. Next to all the clones, the next favorite character are Felix and Delphine. The show really is about females and LGBT members. Basically, it is a dream come true with excellent writing and acting.

I promise you will love that series
I just saw the premiere of season 2 and I laughed so much with this. Don't worry is not spoiler.
Love alison.
@Lottie
- Spoiler:
- I'm also intrigued by Rachel. So far all the other clones have been together and against this organization is using them, but Rachel is one of them. So why did she decide to help them?
And you know, I love that Allison brings some comedic into the tension that was the episode, and the whole series itself. She's someone who still impresses me, as you said she used to be a manic soccer mom, but now she has contacts that I'll quote Felix "What people do you know?". C'mon she has a friend who has guns and drugs
Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
- Spoiler:
- The scene in the parking lot! I was lol'ing so hard and I so hope Ramon will be around more. And Allisons final comment "how is your Mom?" after illegally buying a guy. I was in stitches. And that damn musical! It was also such a great balance from all the serious topics, especially Sarah. She wad going through hell last episode.
Agreed about Rachel. She is very much an unknown entity and she works for the organisation who holds patents of them. I somehow wonder if she is the original, as she kinda looks older then the others. I LOVED the confrontation between Rachel and Sarah. Her arrogantly confident "you won't shot me" and BAM the plant right next to her head is destroyed. Never stand between a mother and her child.
The last scene with Kira was so creepy and considering she is in the hands of those who raised Helena... I am terrified.
I cannot deny. It makes me so happy so many on here started watching. But really, Orphan Black is so worth it!

- Spoiler:
- I hated Rachel when we first met her, but in the scene right after Sarah shot the glass behind her, I saw something different in her character compared to the cold bitch she was portrayed as. I'm looking forward to what they do with her.
I was so shocked to see Helena alive!

Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
- Spoiler:
- I was so against a Helena resurrection. In general I am very annoyed with the new theme of killing off characters for the shock value and then bringing them back with, sometimes with very sketchy reasoning. But they did her re-introduction so well, I so did not care. When the very eerie Helena theme started playing, and we only saw her boots, I knew it was her. Also Kira survived last season, so we can already assume the clones are genetically superior in some aspects (at least Helena and Kira).
What do you think of Cosima and Delphine?

- Spoiler:
- During the whole episode my heart was beating fast, and I've reached a point in which I feel you can't trust anyone. Not even even the cop who was Beth's friend, I know so far he's being helpful with Sarah, but I don't know...apart of Felix and Delphine probably, I think everybody else can be corrupted.
Aren't Sarah and Helena the original ones? I remember in season one they met their biological mother and was revealed they're twins, she also mentioned she was used by this organization. My head is twirling...
Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
- Spoiler:
- I'm not against Helena's resurrection as I've ways thought she's so resilient in the face of serious injuries and it's probably genetics involved, plus they didn't exactly show her definitely dead at the end. I had a heart attack when that creepy them started playing, I couldn't believe it at first.
I still don't think Cosima can trust Delphine entirely...while I believe that Delphine loves Cosima and is acting in her best interest, I feel they have very different ideas of what is best for Cosima and the other clones. It's not a problem of her intentions, but of her beliefs. I'm very intrigued. They're a very cute couple though. Cosima is just so lovable herself too.
Brisallie, I started being wary of Art too cause he seems like a perfect confidant for Sarah and we all know good things don't happen on this show.
I don't think any of the clones are originals as they're all part of the experiment. I did think that Rachel could possibly be the original.

Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
One thing about Orphan Black, I almost forgot how it feels like to love every second of an episode without boiling in rage, annoyance or boredem.
- Spoiler:
- I do not want Sarah and Helena to be the originals. I hope all of them are clones, and Sarah simply got lost because no one knew her mother was carrying twins. I also agree, Rachel has potential to be the original.
I also agree Delphine and Cosima have a long way ahead of them. With Cosima being sick and Delphine having further insight into the organisation, she may try to influence her. Nonetheless, I hope there relationship will not be entirely destroyed and they somehow work through this together. A betrayal is still in the card though.
I find it very interesting how Cophine took of and is beloved by the fandom, while the generic Paul/Sarah SL did not gain any ground. Especially Paul very much is not of interest within the fandom. With Vic gone, I feel like he is the last weak link of the show. They were too busy to cast a pretty boy, instead of true talent. But he also seemed to have changed sides and is connected to Rachel now. Maybe more is to come?
I cannot wait for Allison to realise Donny is her monitor. Hell will most likely break out...

Felix in general is a epic goldmine.
A friend of mine suspects Felix is one of the clones himself. As the actors needed to dye his hair and all, who knows. In general, I just love him and want a Kurt/Felix crossover (maybe with some Sebastian in between).

Felix a clone? That idea never has crossed my mind, why does he has this theory?
- Spoiler:
- Have you seen the promotional posters? In one of them Sarah is with a brunette haired man, and I think he's possibly his new LI. Personally I never shipped Sarah/Paul as I never trusted in him, though there was a moment I had a ray of hope, but so far my suspects has been confirmed. As for Cophine, is one of those relationship that I truly want them to work out, particularly because Cosima is such a sweet girl that deserves to be happy. But you never know with this damn show.
Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
- Spoiler:
- The way the last Orphan Black ep ended was so intriguing...I don't know whether to trust Siobhan or not. I know I don't trust Delphine. And I think Art is someone good for Sarah to have on her side. The "gory scenes" in this ep did creep me out, they were quite similar to the ones in X-Men First Class that creeped me out too...being stabbed in the hand and having something go through the head.

She noticed that the actors for Felix and Sarah/Co have strikingly similar facial features. Also the actor of Felix usually has much lighter hair and his hair is dyed for the show. Which is similar looking too Tatiana Masalany's hair color. Based on last episode, I think this theory actually even more merit now.

- Spoiler:
- I do trust Mrs. S since the very first episode actually. She is honest from the start: Kira is her priority. She may betray Sarah, but it will always be in the interest of Kira. Generally, I LOVE her. The actress is so amazing and she was kickass last episode. I mean, the scene with the cutlery and her cold hearted approach to murder! There is more to come and she is most certainly more involved in the story.
I surprisingly like Angie. She is doing her job and does not really care for the feelings of other people. Also Sarah pretended to be Beth and stole her life. She has every reason to be distant. I hope she does not get killed by becoming to close to the clones and finding out the truth. Also Art finally gets more screentime. I am curious how those two will be incorporated in the overall SL.
No idea about Delphine either. I think she has this great conflict between her work and Cosima. We also cannot dismiss Delphine actually just discovered her bisexuality. I guess she is incredible confused right now. I hope she and also Cophine will get more screentime and more essence on the show. In general, I like I have no idea where the show is heading and how it may turn out. I prefer being cautios them being boringly optimistic because they are endgame11!1!

...
Never noticed the similarities between Felix and Sarah, but now you're mentioning that...probably is not coincidente they met in the same orphanage.
- Spoiler:
- I also trust Mrs S, probably how she took away Kira wasn't the most nice way to do it, but she had good intentions behind.
At the end of the episode I feel so bad for Alison it must be terrible to have the enemy in your own house. But as much as I wanted Felix to help her, btw I love that friendship, we know Sarah always come in first place when it comes to help the clones; so if I were her I'd ask Cosima for help, if not, I don't know who else could do it as she doesn't have a connection with Art for instance.
P.S This's not related to Orphan Black, but I've started to watch Downton Abbey and I like it , hopefully I end season one soon.

Yes! Love my serial killer.
- Spoiler:
- Once I read Fuller had planned a seven seasons arc, but I'm unsure about that as Heroes didn't go beyond season four. Anyways, I wish him the best.
P.S Have you ever read Red Dragon? Some are saying Fuller isn't following the story word by word, and are not so happy with that.
Re: TV Series you want to discuss, it's here
no he isn't. and this season isn't red dragon yet. this is still pre red dragon (that is season 4 per his plan), but he already changed a few things. frankly, i was never a purist, and tv and movies just don't work the same way books do. you can either take it or leave it. but the show is still in the spirit of the books and since silence of the lambs the best hannibal lector adaptation out there. it's my favorite show on tv right now.

Taling about a REALLY excellent show on Fox: Cosmos, a documentary about our physical world. a really eye and mind opening series. I can't believe Fox is running this program, because in its second episode its focused on evolution of our planet life. I mean, we all think Fox is an ultra conservative network. this program is written for lay people, for young people, and all those who are curious. it has excellent production value, and is rather entertaining. Lots of focus on history and discovery, rather than your usual textbook stuff. highly recommended, if you are not into science and nature at all.
those living in the US: it's shown on Fox on sundays at 9pm. you can go to fox's website to watch previous episodes.

Does anyone here watch OUAT? I screamed at the end of tonights episode a couple times.
I feel so bad for Regina. She had returned to her pre-evil self and now she'll have hate for Emma. And the very last scene. OMG. Frozen has come to Storybrooke! How are the town people going to handle The Snow Queen?

TV is currently so great with standout performances.
Tatiana Masalany deserves all the awards for the last 5 minutes of Orphan Black from the last episode. She knocked it out of the park.
And now Peter Dinklage, who owned the last episode from GoT.
I love watching good shows and enjoying every single moment!
Also a TV recommendation: In The Flash by BBC. First season is only 3 episodes and now Season 2 airs, with 6 episodes.

Peter Dinklage was amazing during Tyrion's trial, and so was Tatiana Maslany at the end of OB. Such amazing acting!
