Chris to star in Noel Coward biopic

^Or maybe Chris takes a flight back to L.A. for a few days.  

If Glee ends at the latest the 19th Februari Chris can still do (pre-)production for 'Noel' in London for 4 weeks before he has to be back for Paley Fest.

Or who knows? Maybe he'll have a few weeks off inbetween Glee and 'Noel'. He definitely deserves some down time.

I had hoped Chris would not be doing this.

grrrr... i just left a response in the appreciation thread about the same thing. anyway i too think it's possible for him to fly back for a day or two, maybe for the weekend. i think for actors, travel is a must, even if you never leave the country. they probably have a fully packed suitcase in their closet ready to get out to the airport at the moment's notice.

I get the feeling that Chris will be living out of a suit case the next few years...   Especially as an author, he's gotten a ton of books coming out in the fall/winter/spring so I'm thinking he's going to promote them whenever he can because I do think his books are something he feels very proud about.   Plus even in England for Noel he'll probably hop out to Cali or NY for other pending projects, PR, or some special events he feels connected to.

Getting out of Glee will be a double edged sword as far as Chris's time, he doesn't have an automatic reason to say "no" and for all we know he'll be busier than ever. LOL.

Chris, depending on what project he's doing at a given moment, will definitely be living a nomadic existence. I'm sure that having six years of being in the same tv show where he was based in on city for nearly all of the production probably spoiled Chris. It's difficult when you're not only called on to be at location for shoots, but have multiple projects going on at once.

I think that once Chris gets through this transitory stage (between Glee and Noel), things will even out a little bit. At least until the next phase of crazy happens when we start finding out what other projects he's got lined up.

I do wonder, if shooting starts in March, when they will finally announce the rest of the cast for "Noel". There has been enough teasing (from the Director and Chris) it includes other "Names", including someone who was in a Harry Potter movie.

and Yes, I realize that narrows it down to 150+ English actors...

^If he chose to retweet it now, does this mean that soon has become really soon? Haha

I know he can fly across the pond in a long weekend, but with his appearance at Paley on 3/12/2015 and now his appearance at the Polly Bergen Tribute in NY on THURSDAY, March 26, I'm wondering if Noel won't start filming until April.

But on the other hand Chris could be in London already right now for 2 weeks of preparations for 'Noel' (before Paley Fest on the 13th) and we simply wouldn't know. 


Anyway, since Chris retweeted the "Soon" tweet, and BGoodPictures also tweeted something about 'Noel' this week, I'm not worried at all.
At least the movie is still a go, soon.
