Life on set must be boring today (and yesterday), since we're getting so many tweets from him.

The way he is so active on twitter lately, I like others think there is going to be some announcement soon.

He sounds so cheerful so it must be something good.

That's what I'm thinking too. He even threw the Klainers a bone, tweeting his like for BICO, so he must be feeling good.

^Not that I disagree with you about Chris even cheerfully interacting with Klainers means he's apparently in a good mood, but Chris has several times expressed his fondness of 'Baby, It's Cold Outside', mostly because it was the first commercially succesful Christmas duet sung by a known gay couple (as in Klaine, not crisscolfer, of course), even played in stores and on the radio on a regular basis, so 2 gay men singing a sort of Christmas love song/duet was 'normalised' and accepted.

It was quite an important feat for LGBTQIA+ visibility at the time, of course before Glee became a joke and Klaine became as toxic as it is now.
(And of course the tinhatters are ruining it again with their "OMG!!11!1 Chris likes a Klaine duet, so crisscolfer is soooo on!!111!!!1!!". SMDH: that's why you get so few good things from Chris for your OTP, Klainers.)
