I feel I'm not the best when it comes to recommend SPN, because I'm a fan of the series and is hard for me to not being biased toward it. But for me is a show that is worth to watch, though personally I started to like it from season 4 and on.ColdFlame96 wrote:I have still never watched Supernatural even though I always see gifs and references to it on tumblr. Should I watch it?
The same recommendation goes for Tanita

I think it's soo cool that "Dave Karofsky" and "Sebastian Smythe" hang out together in real life. They are also such fanboys of Chris , so glad to hear of Grant's continued success outside of Glee. Someone needs to give the talented Mr. Adler a role in a TV network show...

Well, Max is auditioning for a role on CSI and I think he has a lead in a movie as well. He has been getting roles here and there, so I see his career steadily growing. Which is what a wanted because like Grant he is a sweetheart and just so talented.Buenos wrote:

I know Grant is BFF with Kevin.
It seems the popularity of Arrow might have something do with John Barrowman. That is all I see on my dashboard when fans blog about Arrow.
The way former Glee stars, especially ones that no longer attached to a Fox by a contract or was only a guest star are getting opportunities, with movies, shows.

I think that is why a lot of Chris fans want him off Glee, but Fox still want him, so it won't happen.
Just so long Chris keeps doing his projects, interest will be there.

^Wow, sometimes it doesn't rain but it pours.
The Glee cast and crew have to deal with a lot lately.

I'm glad it's Jane.Gandolfini, Monteith to receive memorials at Emmys
The Emmys will add a personal touch to remember some high-profile stars (and a producer) who died in the past year.
In addition to the traditional “In Memoriam” segment with a montage of departed greats, Sunday’s 65th Emmy Awards ceremony (CBS, live, 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT) will feature separate tributes to James Gandolfini, Gary David Goldberg, Cory Monteith, Jean Stapleton and Jonathan Winters delivered by friends who knew them well.
Edie Falco will remember Gandolfini, her co-star on The Sopranos; Michael J. Fox will honor his Family Ties producer, Goldberg; Jane Lynch will talk about her Glee castmate, Monteith; Rob Reiner will pay homage to Stapleton, who played his mother-in-law Edith Bunker on All in the Family; and Robin Williams will salute his mentor, comedian Jonathan Winters, who worked with him on Mork and Mindy.
"If you think about each of these people, they had a significant impact on television in general and on a particular generation," executive producer Ken Ehrlich says. "And we’ve asked people whose lives they affected to come and talk about them."
Ehrlich says the remembrances won’t diminish the importance of others who will be honored in the regular segment, which will be presented in a new format designed to give it added importance.
Ehrlich has been part of an earlier “In Memoriam” innovation on another awards show. He added a musical element to the segment at the Grammy ceremony a decade ago, a live performance of The Clash’s London Calling in tribute to Joe Strummer that featured Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello and Dave Grohl.
Neil Patrick Harris will host the television awards ceremony.

Stevie Nicks supported Glee cast after Cory Monteith's death
Stevie Nicks wrote a letter to the cast of ‘Glee’ after Cory Monteith’s death.
The actor tragically died earlier this year from a drug overdose, and the Fleetwood Mac singer reached out to his co-stars after growing close to them after an episode in 2011 inspired by her band’s music.
She told the Sunday Telegraph newspaper’s Stella magazine: ”I said, ‘Forgive me if I’m stepping into your personal space. I lost my godson to an overdose last year- he died at a fraternity party - so I understand how shocking that is’.
”When what happened to Cory happened, I just was sick for days. Honestly, just sick. It’s just so prevalent. It’s everywhere. It’s worse than when we were young.”
The star has battled with drug addiction in the past - from a 10-year cocaine habit to sedative clonazepam which was prescribe to help her overcome it - and she knows it cost her the chance to settle down and start a family.
She added: ”That was stolen. And that’s not forgivable, ever … [But now] I think I am stronger than a lot of people. And I knew then, as I know now, that I still have so much to do.”

Dianna's movie "The Family" with a 14-15 million dollar gross weekend beat box office forecasts and is projected already to make a profit with both domestic and international takes.
Grants gets a super hero role on 'Arrow'.
Naya is out promoting her single in radio stations across the southwest.
Harry I believe is shooting a movie produced by Scorsese and directed by an acclaimed Chinese film maker.
Jane's game show was renewed for a second season.
So thrilled for all of them!

I actually found that promo amusing. I have only seen the original video once, when my husband played it, so it hasn't been overexposed for me.

Re: General Glee Discussion Thread--Part 4
Um, it's that song that went viral by Ylvis a few weeks ago--the once that has all the funny noises and "What does the fox say?" They quick-cut scenes from various shows, particularly ones involving movement and wild dancing, with each other, plus they added shots of various Fox celebrities (including Darren, I think) wearing a fake fox-ear cap (you know the kind with the long ties) jamming to the music.Lottie2303 wrote:My internet is slow and the video isn't loading. It was dumb, but it was kind of fun and energetic, and I hadn't realized that some of those shows were Fox shows, so it was effective.
