okay so today was basically the best night of my life, my dad took lots of pictures so i’ll put them in where they fit in the convorsation

so basically i was crying once i first saw him, so this whole convo im kind of sniffling and such
Chris: Hi sweetie, aw dont cry

*I handed him a cold diet coke i had just bought him*

Aww thats so sweet, and oh it’s still nice and cold


Me: Hi, I hope you like it, i know its your favorite, You’re my role model and you’re what I want to be when I grow up



Chris: Aw sweetie, you’re what I want to be when I grow up



…although I hope I never grow up


Me: I love you so much, thank you

Chris: I love you too
Then I blew him a kiss and walked away in tears (of joy!)



it was absolutely amazing! definitely one of the best nights of my life. Ive been so lucky this year, getting to see darren on broadway, starkid in concert, and now Chris on his book tour, I’m so grateful for these wonderful opportunities and I”m so happy to share them with you guys!!

This little girl ahead of me in line, she invited Chris to her birthday party, he said he would LOVE to come but he has a book signing that day. He thanked her for inviting him, and spoke to her for a minute. He was so nice to her!

Chris got new lamas :-)

To think that there had been days when we were so starved of any Chris news (no new photos, or articles, or interviews) that we had spent pages of posts talking about a tweeted photo of Brian the Cat.

And now, we could hardly catch up (and no, I'm not complaining)

With the book tour going on, there would be a flood of new Chris pics and fan vids for the next 2 weeks.

Not to mention most of us should be able to get hold of TLOS soon and start reading.

Busy days as a Chris fan ahead..

How sweet I wish she had fulfilled her dream to have Chris in her b-day party but imagine the craziness that it would have been. But she would have been so happy

That is awesome. Chris' handlers look really burly and mean. They don't show as much in this picture. Wonder who the blonde girl is. Employee? I actually feel sorry for the workers. As a former bookstore employee I know the work that can go into this kind of event. I hope they got to meet him.

I think is his NY manager/agent Alla Plotkin.

It's a reference to an American TV show called the Bachelor (and the Bachelorette). Basically, one guy (or girl) is chosen to pick a mate from about 20 or 30 girls. They have little group dates in the beginning, and then send some people home each week. Then they have one on one dates with them, until he chooses the girl he wants to date.

And on the Bachelor (ettte) the survivors of each elimination round are given a rose to indicate they've been chosen to go forward to the next round. I think the fact that Chris got roses was what prompted his quip.

Um, that isn't me. I got this from a girl on tumblr. It has been years since I was that age.

And I would never post up any pics of myself because I hate being photographed.

Though I would have loved to have been in her position, meeting Chris and getting her book signed. I'm still waiting for mine.

This is weird. The bookstore that Chris is going to be at in IL tomorrow night is having the author Eion Colfer the next day.

I planned my NYC trip wrong this time. I'll miss Chris by about 23 hours.
