I've seen this kind of answer before, but still I don't get it at all. Is like trying to be a 'good loser' and at the same time a 'team mate' by expressing how proud he feels for being in this tv show, surrounded by these talented co-workers, and so on.

Exactly. Is a polite and nice way to support their teammates but sometimes is not so well understood as we live in this competitve society, and what it matters is to win. So why do you win through other people?

Did anyone notice the clip they used for Glee when they were showing the nominees for best comedy? They used a clip of Blaine yammering on and on about how he won more show choir competitions than any one when Ryder coughed "you suck" to him. Hysterical choice for a clip for the show. I want to kiss the person who chose it.
