Rachel receives a nearly unprecedented honor at school, whipping up her rivalry with a jealous Cassandra. Meanwhile, Sue scores a major victory against the Glee Club, Sam confesses his feelings for another, two former rivals reach a long overdue accord, and Will offers Finn some much needed advice.

i again missed hte beginning and just saw the part where bram was singing... then kurt went to ask Carmen why he was rejected, and she said he had no "soul". that makes me nervous...

it's rachel singing now. let's see. patiently waiting for kurt's number... oh we will know the result today right?

Blaine as a Cheerio, the uniform looks awful on him, it looked better on Kurt. Blaine stans can say he looks hot, I say not.

And what I am getting Carmen is a bitch, she says the reason he didn't get into Nyada first time, he sings without soul, no emotion.

And I say bullshit. They have really screwed this up, they could have come up with a better reason than that.

They have no imagination or are just lazy. The usual.

Turns out she said this on purpose, people were right she was testing him, seeing what he was like underpreassure.

Thank god for that, because I would hate RIB forever if they destroyed every Kurt performance by trying to make it canon that Kurt does not sing with soul or emotion.

That would be an insult to Chris.

I'll forgive Carman that lapse since she's never seen Kurt perform the songs that we have. If she ever saw IWTHYD, Blackbird or AIWNSG, those words would never have passed her lips.

I'm going to ignore the contrivances of Rachel not only being the first freshman in years to be invitated at all to Showcase, let alone to win because something far more important happened.

Our baby sang. And he was so absolutely brilliant. And he finally got everything he deserved. The spotlight on center stage, a standing ovation and his acceptance to NYADA. He did it!!!!

I am glad he got in. I admit one reason,I have not watch it yet,was because I was worried he would not get in. Glad Kurt Finally won something

if kurt wasn't allowed in, the writers should start hiring body guards...

however, when you think about - among the 20 people they take in each year, 2 are from the same school, and both gets in through "second chance". why not "third" or "forth" chance for a change? not that I want to deal w/ kurt being rejected again and again, because then i would absolutely quit the show rather than getting psychologically sick.

OMG! This episode was so good! I'm still crying from the "I got in" line! LOVED Kurt's solo!!!And Chris was amazing! And I just can't even think right now. How am I supposed to go to sleep now????

Not only did he finally win something, but he got to perform in the venue that most NYADA students are never invited to perform in. He got exposure to all those theater luminaries who will remember his name and will help jumpstart his carrer post-NYADA. And he didn't have to suffer through a semester of Cassandra July in order to get it!

The McKinley side of the story was so... meh. Wish that they'd just drop all that and focus on the good stuff. I can even tolerate Rachel here because she was so totally supportive of Kurt and was finally the friend that he needed. Hummelberry lives!

I'm watching his performance again right now. It's absolutely flawless. Probably the best vocals of the night (even though Rachel won). Per my mother, he totally surpassed Rachel's performance and she was in tears the entire time.

But I'm so awake now! You should've seen me while he was singing and then when he told Rachel that he got in. I litterally screamed and cried at the same time! My neighboors must think I'm losing it. I was LOLing so loudly during the piano guy scene and then this! lol

Yes flawless. And I admit it, Lea/Rachel has an amazing voice. But Chris. I just can't. He's just an angel.
