Chris wins a Golden Globe, 2011/01/16

With the rest of the Glee S1 cast he's already won a SAG award for ensemble acting in a TV comedy show.

Wow, this made me so nostalgic. Really one of the best Chris moments (and there are a lot), and it helped a lot in making me such a huge fan. Plus, this was when the show was still good, and seeing the original cast and Cory makes me so nostalgic.

I'm so glad this topic was resurrected because I always thought the timing of the win was particularly fortunate. The material he's been given since then wouldn't put him in the running again. So I'm really happy that it happened when it did.

Which is a real crime because when you look at the quality of his performances, he's only gotten better. He's just not given the kind of material that will garner award nominations on Glee any longer.

Winning a big award as early in your career can either be a blessing or the kiss of death. We are fortunate that with Chris, it's been a blessing and only seems to be getting better.

He gave a beautiful speech. And to think the best is yet to come.
