If you're going to put up gifs of Kuppet, you have to include this one of Puppet Kurt making his move on Kurt:

I understand so much! I also had to remind myself to look at his face. How tighter can be his pants? What is the wardrobe deparment thinking?Ranwing wrote:Well, on a shallow note, it looks like the Glee costumers are in competition to see how tight they can get Chris's pants and not completely cut off circulation to his feet. The russet pants he was wearing in the beginning were so snug that not a whole lot was left to the imagination. Admittedly, I had to remind myself to look up from his crotch area because it looked like he was pretty happy to see Adam.
@Tanita, I agree that Jacob has an amazing body and moves. Sadly he's acting is not good, but yeah is something nice to see.

the last gif looks like they were alone dancing in a disco, and all of sudden Kurt and Puppet!Kurt get all flirty and romantic.
Though I like Kuppet, sometimes I can't avoid thinking is like shipping Kurt with himself. And that's weird.
lol I forgot to see that I found worthy of a horror movie the scene when Puppet!Kurt rose from the desk and Sue look at it horrified. Love it.

I loved the episode. I thought it was really funny. Get Into The Groove was great. I also really liked The Fox. I know some people don't like that song but I think it's really catchy.
I've also been trying to find some Blaine ones but don't understand how Tumblr works.
Thanks for posting these! I've been looking for a Kurt/Puppet Kurt gif.

Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
Many of Kurt's pants raise questions but these ones in particular. He can barely move in those? Is that why Kurt never runs? Where does everything go inside those pants? Can they get any tighter? Well I suppose just ad some more elastane to the fabric and it can infact go even tighter. I mean we have not seen him in the show in leggings since Single Ladies without a kilt or a skirt.brisallie wrote:I understand so much! I also had to remind myself to look at his face. One of the rare times when Kurt calls Blaine out on his bullshit and it's turned into a joke by turning Kurt into a puppet. Not funny.Lottie2303 wrote:I just watched the phonecall scene with puppet!Kurt and Blaine on tumbrl: What the actual fuck??!

Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
I think Blaine was already losing his mind in that scene , and you know I believed it was actually Kurt the one calling out Blaine, but not, it was all in Blaine's mind. And this's funny, because I found out this thanks to some klainers, who wanted to clarify these boys didn't actually had a big feud.Lottie2303 wrote:I just watched the phonecall scene with puppet!Kurt and Blaine on tumbrl: What the actual fuck??!
Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
I agree 100%. I could be wrong, but I doubt it very much they would have turned Blaine into a puppet had it been the other way aroundIreth wrote:One of the rare times when Kurt calls Blaine out on his bullshit and it's turned into a joke by turning Kurt into a puppet. Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
That's not certain though. Whatever Kurt said to Blaine could have been exagerated in Blaine's mind once the puppet showed up, but Kurt was really pissed at Blaine for not showing up and for making a Kurt puppet. Or else Kurt wouldn't be shown right after the phonecall still visibly upset and bummed out.brisallie wrote:I think Blaine was already losing his mind in that scene , and you know I believed it was actually Kurt the one calling out Blaine, but not, it was all in Blaine's mind. I'm not sure if the actual words that Kurt 'puppet' spoke were what 'real' kurt actually said, but the gist must have been the same: Kurt was angry that Blaine didn't come and didn't call him to tell him.
The only part that perhaps was all Kurt 'puppet' (aka Blaine's imagination) was the "I'm not a puppet" part, but even that's up to debate.
It's a clever way of the Klainers (and maybe the writers too) to pretend that Klaine did not have a big fallout, but truth is that they did: Blaine screwed up majorly and Kurt got angry at him.
But of course then Glee chickened out again by having Kurt barely care at all about the fight anymore once the puppets arrived at the loft.
Another example that Blaine can get away with anything. If it was me he had stood up like that (mind you: after I paid for his plane ticket) he'd have some heavy groveling to do, if I wouldn't kick his butt to the curb instead.
---------------------------------------------------------------
The songs at their peek:
Top 1500
222. The Fox
339. Nasty / Rhythm Nation
345. Into The Groove
504. You're My Best Friend
895. Cheek To Cheek
- 'The Fox' being the best selling can be explained by the popularity of the original song. Glee is deliberately screwing up the canon time line to include new hot songs, and this is why: they sell, even the lukewarm Glee copied versions.
- Jacob had one of the few bestselling songs last season, and it seems he manages to sell his songs, as 'Nasty/Rhythm Nation' also sells well. I can understand that, as I really like his voice, even when he goes 'Kermit the frog'-like.
Plus showing his abs must have helped.
- 'Into The Groove' probably is third because of the combination of a number of Adam Lambert fans and Chris/Kurt fans buying that song. Plus it was a fun song to watch, and placed at the beginning of the episode (before people switched to other channels).
- And hehe , look at the big gap between 'Into The Groove' and 'You're My Best Friend'.
Giving him a popular Queen song sung with cute puppets wasn't enough to give Darren the best selling song of the week (as that worked last week with Billy Joel best known song: 'Piano Man'). They really shouldn't give Darren any more Queen songs.
And where is this gigantic Blaine stans army now, who are supposed to keep Blee afloat and succesful?
- As expected: the old style musical song 'Cheek to Cheek' sung by the adult characters' is last on the list.

Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
Funny and accurate recap with screencaps on tumblr: link.
A little part of it:
A little part of it:
So McWhiny the dream fiance, calls Kurt to tell him how badly he is being treated by the new ND. The details of his rant are not important, what i DID find interesting was how Kurt listened and gave him advice on how he does have a tendancy to come across controlling like a puppet master…oy vey…i smell felt.
He obviously does not take that well even though he tells him the truth and reminds him how everyone has an equal vote.He does however not just blindly agree and tell him how amazing he is…like Bland want´s to hear.
But Blands reaction to Kurt´s exciting news about their first gig was
an eyeroll and a apparent holding away of the phone. He does agree to fly out to see it (seriously, do they grow money…or weed, that would explain the episode)
He does not listen to the man he, not that long ago called “my amazing friend, my one true love” He just goes right back to his problem.
Look i know we all have bad days and that this should not mean anything, but it does and it´s pretty obvious that the writers are making that point. It´s a weird way they are taking and i don´t get it, but i hope they know what they are doing. Because right now Kurt is being neglected, big time, he takes a step back from his happiness and his dreams, to be Bland´s fiance. I don´t like scared dependent Kurt, but this might be a story they want to tell…even though glee is just fucking up left, right and center. I can not for sure say that they totally blew it until the season or series is over.
But i am scared that they lost themselfs in these filler episodes, these weird story lines, these character assasinations. I am scared that there is no plan behind this madness and that the redemption, the solutions, the storylines they build, will never come but that in the end all we have left are characters who are caricatures of themselfs.
That this will end but not with an ending but with still so many possibilities, so much potential. I know they are making fun of themselfs and usually there is nothing wrong with that, you should not take yourself too serious, but when it´s at the point where you are not only JUST making fun of your own ineptitude but also making fun of your audience, then i think you should stop. Without us, you are nothing, even if you like to think so, but the fans made this as big as it is and we are the ones still watching so maybe dial back on the crazy “i do what i want because it´s my show” and dial up on, respect for the viewers and fans.

Re: 5x07 "Puppet Master" Watch & Discussion thread
Thanks for that link Marie. And I don't know if is the same person, but I remember Jelly posted a tumblr of someone who also made a funny review of a Glee episode, in that case was 'Love Love Love'.
I might understand they deliberately make Klaine believe Kurt didn't callout Blaine, because we know it will case some anger among them. Mainly because they don't want to see how blaine is being calling out. I'm sorry to say this, but I keep believing that lots of klainers usually support blaine, not mattering if he was the one who actually made the mistake. I personally believe Kurt had the right to feel upset, his boyfriend promised him to be there, and because of a creepy hobby that could have been avoidable, he wasn't there.

And I also noticed (after re-watching the scene today) that during their first phone-call Blaine never even congratulated Kurt for booking his first gig, nor showed any other enthusiasm for what Kurt was doing.brisallie wrote:I personally believe Kurt had the right to feel upset, his boyfriend promised him to be there, and because of a creepy hobby that could have been avoidable, he wasn't there.

Look at poor Kurt's face as he realizes how creepy the guy he's engaged to is...I really hope Kurt takes that as a wake-up call and runs far, far away from Blaine.
