My Kurt did the same thing. I could not find my Myki (a smart card we use, that we have to put money on it to use on public transport) or the house keys.

I took over twenty minutes going insane trying to find them because I was meeting someone.

Then my phone went off, that was how I found them, he was lieing on them as well as my phone, which I didn't know was missing.

Cat's can be really smart.

He hates me going out.

Such a cute picture. My cat looks a lot like Brian. I was gonna upload a picture but can't figure out how! I have two kitties: one male and one female. I wonder if Brian would like a another kitty in the house. That way when CC is away he has a playmate.

whenever a cat lands on a soft place (like a body, or blanket), he/she has a tendency to knead. it feels like having a massage. I saw on TV long long tme ago that an Indian doctor trained his cat to massage his patient. At that time I thought it was incredible. Then when I got my own cat I realized that all cats do that. As kittens they stimulate mommy cat's milk production by kneading her tummy/breasts. ooo, just realized that for non-primates it seems that all mamals have breasts on their tummies! - think cows, cats and dogs, pigs....

I have to say, Brian looks too 'nice' in the picture (I believe the artist drew it using the first photo of Brian that Chris had tweeted). Brian usually has this bored and imperial expression in his subsequent photographs
