Interview on Janette Show
This is one of the best interviews I have heard in a long time. I can just feel Chris blushing at all the compliments and praise she gives him. This interviewer has really done her homework and is an obvious fan.

Re: Interview on Janette Show
From tumblr:
xChris Colfer on Janette's Show
I just got done listening to Chris Colfer’s interview on Janette’s Show on SiriusXM channel Stars 107. The interview originally aired Thursday, Nov. 22, but it’s repeated a few times and will do so a final time 6 a.m. EST tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 24.
You can listen to the interview yourself any time (until the link expires in two weeks) by signing up for a seven-day free trial (no credit card required!) of Sirius XM. Navigate to the Stars 107 channel and select Janette’s Show to find it On Demand. (I tried to upload the interview here, but it’s really not working out for me. Perhaps someone with more experience can do it.)
The interview started off pretty basic about the book and movie, but it wound up having some new quotes from Chris that I found funny/interesting/etc. He talks about writing and filming SBL, some of the casting process, some quirks about himself (like how he hates when people know he’s been napping in his trailer). Make sure you listen until the very end of the interview, where he hints about having something in the works but “it’s going to take some clearances” and freed up time. It came up during a discussion on him wanting to do stage work again some day, so it intrigued me.
One of my favorite quotes from the interview: “I have to say, I never write about lessons I’ve learned. I only write about lessons that I feel like I’m learning.”
Oh, and Janette absolutely loved Chris. She just gushed about everything to do with him. It was sweet.
He has another radio interview coming up. He will appear on the Morning Jolt with Larry Flick sometime between 7-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, on the Sirius XM channel OutQ Gay Radio channel 108. You can also listen to that interview with the free trial, once it airs.

It's nice to have someone gush about someone not because they perceive them as only "hot", but because they feel they are so very talented. Any project recommended, just because it is Chris, and this isn't a fan girl, this is an adult who admires this young man as much as I do. Loved it.

I loved this interview and interviewer. She clearly knew what she was talking about and talked about all the right things. And Chris was so flattered that she had done her homework.

Great interview.... But I don't understand everything, when is she talking about how different is Carson from Kurt.. She says that Kurt is much more... what? And then Chris says (probably) few words what Carson is like and I can't understand that either.

I only listened once, but my impression was that she identified that Chris is not playing himself as Kurt, and that Carson is a lot more ballsy than both of them and calls things as he sees things.

Thank you, I am going to download it right now. My only complaint to this interview is that video would be even better. :-)sheny wrote:The same interview on YouTube

Janette is basically every Chris fan rolled into one. Good and well researched stuff there and I love how Chris can be hugely intersting for nearly 20 mins when the questions asked are actually good. I loved it! Somehow radio journalists are more professional than TV people and it has shown on every radio interview Chris has done.

The exact word she says is malleable, I think. That Kurt is much more "malleable" than Carson; more easily influenced and flexible, more readily bent to whomever else's will, than Carson, who sticks to his own guns/desires no matter what. At least that's what I heard, maybe someone else can chime in on this?
Anyway, I loved the interview!! I love how much this interviewer gushed about Chris, and told him he was stunning off and on the screen. I'm also very excited about the promise of some new project in the works that needs clearance, and I'm still very happy that Chris wants to do something on Broadway, someday. I also love everything Chris said about how music touches people and he feels that songs are one of the best ways to express an emotion, you can really see this in pretty much every single one of his solos, with how deeply emotional they are....

Love this interview I love when interviewers do some research about their guest. In addition she sounds also like an admirer, but not only because she said he was just stunning in person as he's on cameras, but also for all the things he has accomplished in his 22 years old. Through his voice I noticed he was blushed for all the compliment she gave him.

I felt that too.
He could actually picture it in my head, him blushing.
