According to IMDB, Heidi is 5 feet 9 and a half inches and a half and Chris is 5 feet 10 and a half inches. So that would make him an inch taller than her.

I saw Seal and his kids at Disneyland last year (I didn't see Heidi, though I have a picture of one of their kids on the shoulders of a blonde woman, so that could be here). It was funny watching people recognize Seal.

^ I think that measurement is based on chris wearing boots and Heidi being bare foot. She is obviously wearing high heels on the show and Chris is wearing sneaker-patterned socks.
