Why to scratch Blaine´s face out? I think it´s an amazing photo. When they stand side by side like this it´s a beautiful example of how Blaine is ordinary and uninteresting and Kurt sexy, hot and extraordinary.

I was actually wondering the same thing. I don't think we'll get muh of Kurt's reaction to being absent from Blaine at all. I think that is going to all be on Blaine (singing solos about it, over-emoting about it, etc).

It's just a few lines, and not much can be said from that, but although I like his rich voice, he's already displaying a major breathing (technical) flaw, that I would flog out of him ASAP if he would come to me for singing lessons.
He's 19 and never thought of himself as a singer..... dear Lord.

On the bright side: they have a vocal coach on set, and with a rich voice as he has, he might learn and improve, like Chris and Cory have.

Thing is Chris still looks like Kurt, not what I can say about Lea.

He looks mature but you can see Kurt in those pics.

Maybe they have told Chris to tone down Kurt's effiminancey. If they have I hope they allow him to keep some of Kurt's looks and mannerisms.

But all I see is a Kurt that is grown up and he looks great.

Despite he's wearing a less flamboyant outfit that Kurt usually wears, he's still Kurt with a new style more mature, but is a process that started in season 3; unlike Rachel who suddenly turned into Lea.

I don't think after 3 seasons they plan on toning down Kurt's effeminency, especially now that he is going to an environment that is used to a wider range of people. Kurt just doesn't need all the layers of protection he used to, plus he probably got tired of Blaine ruining his outfits. I hope to see the occasional outrageous outfit in NY, just don't mess with that glorious hair. I think that was one of the biggest problems with the poncho outfit, it covered his hair, and his fine form. For all the outrageous outfits, usually they are rather form fitting. I notice the outfits we don't like cover up both, like his riding outfit, hat and cape, just can't see enough Kurt. Or, it could just be it's fall weather in Ohio, in the mid-seventies, and it would just be too warm.

I love love LOVE the new photo of Kurt!! Handsome as ever. I'm loving his outfits this season so far.

But I'm more excited about the tweet from Alex Anders saying Chris was in the studio yesterday. Starting my prayers right now that it will be a solo! Especially since they seem to be recording for episode 4, and he's already in a group number in that episode, Don't Speak, so hopefully this one will be a solo or at least a duet.

Probably they're using the old cast to promote the new season because are who GA recognize, so FOX and Glee producers themselves have to take advantage of it.

The thing about Kurt, even that strange caftan outfit with wraparound head bandana in Sue's office actually highlighted Chris' cheekbones because everything else was covered up!

Working at Vogue.Com the mind reels with all the "out there" outfits Kurt could wear, especially with the built in reason he could wear them, they are all fashion house freebies given to Vogue...

It would be like giving an alcoholic the keys to a whare house liquor store.

Yes, but it seems they're really trying to push the new kids/Rachel/Brody storyline etc, when honestly, it's not exciting at all. I just hope they focus enough on Kurt's storyline instead of shoving other boring people and storylines down our throats a.k.a more Blarren.
