Chris is always so sweet when it comes to promoting people he likes.

This movie is still doing well.

They even have it on DVD in South Korea.

So, I guess we can call this movie a success.   

It is certainly popular for a movie that's really low budget and didn't take months to make.

My youngest son is reading TLOS right now, and he told me yesterday that two other students in his class are reading it right now as well. They've been discussing it together. We live in the-middle-of-nowhere Texas, so it would appear Chris's books are popular all over and definitely getting around. Being picked up by Scholastic for the book fairs probably helped quite a bit, but it looks like they are still selling on their own too. I'm so proud of him   .

Stories like this really warm my heart and prove the real success of TLoS.

Generally speaking, are there any other book series geared towards children? Aren't the most aimed to YA?! In a sense, Chris chose to publish in a very under-represented section of literature. Yet another sign how intelligent Chris actually is.

My own kids have enjoyed series like The Magic Treehouse, and those seem to be aimed at younger readers. I know there are others I can't think of at the moment. I believe TLOS falls right in that transition area between upper elementary and middle-school aged readers, like the Harry Potter or Lemony Snicket or Narnia books, which my kids have also enjoyed. I know that Scholastic included TLOS in both its elementary school and middle-school book fairs, so that is really fantastic that it can be marketed in both age ranges.

I hope that her wishes come true.  Privacy and respect have been lacking in Chris's life the last couple years.

^It is quite telling that she wished respect and privacy before the other wishes. I read that her twitter account was hacked (again!) a few weeks ago.   

Let's hope that Chris, his family and friends have less trouble with respect and privacy this year.

This is interesting as they mutually followed each other on instagram as well.   

I don't know if many of you would know of Chris Lilley. But I certainly I have seen a couple of his shows.

Chris really knows how to network and get many useful contacts in the business. This bodes well for his future career after Glee.  

I have a feeling many shakers and movers in HW are chomping on the bit for Chris to become available post Glee. Certainly people like George Clooney, Kevin Bacon, screenwriter Dustin Black, Alison Jamey, etc etc know first hand what a special talent Chris is.

My guess is Chris has been making plans for when Glee ends.

With his drive and ambition I don't see him sitting back and waiting for opportunities to come his way.

He seems too smart to rely on luck.  

don't think chris believes in luck. this boy is very biz savvy and he's making every right moves.

Why are we assuming Chris is flying off to UK?   

 It's logistically impossible since he is supposed be at the PCA awards tomorrow night in LA, I'm thinking Plotkin's England trip has to do with something not related to Chris, ie another client.

ETA: Apologies in advance if I misunderstood your post.  Now I think you meant that since Plotkin is flying off to England then CHRis might take Will to the PCA's since she is usually his go to person for some of these events...Mea Culpa!!

I"m amused that 4 of the 5 actors in Kurt's category of TV actor in a comedy are openly gay...(just like last year) so maybe both him and Parsons will take their SO's...
