I know John Green said earlier on tumblr he wouldn't be doing the ice bucket part because he is currently recovering from meningitis, but I really hope we see Adam Lambert and Jane.

Yeah he did it! Though I dont deny I was expecting Will or Ashley to dump the water;but still was funny and his "oh" face at the end of the vid was lol haha. Please I want to see Adam now.

I love this for very, very shallow reasons (arms and hair!!)...but I also love that he donated and mentioned using recycled water because of the drought.

Just curious. Does anyone know if he's gotten any hate from the tinhatters for not nominating Darren? I can just picture them giving him a hard time for that.

I hope not,but would not be surprise if he did. If he had nominated Darren they would be saying/posting something like this proves Crisscolfer is on. So either way he can't win with them.

Host Committee members including Kerry Washington, Jennifer Westfeldt & Jon Hamm, Lena Dunham, Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez, and Robin Dearden & Bryan Cranston, were joined by some of the brightest names in Hollywood for the weekend’s most esteemed pre-Emmy Awards celebration.

What a lovely cause for Chris to be supporting. I know that a lot of people think that actors and crew are absolutely rolling in money, but the ones who have lasting, high paying careers are the tiniest of minorities. Most are lucky to just earn a living and most aren't able to really put money aside for retirement. And since you have to cover your own medical insurance fees (you can get a somewhat reduced rate if you're a member of the Screen Actors Guild, which most actors do join), a major health issue can wreak them financially. It's good that those who've found success are out to help those in their field who haven't been so fortune.

And looking at all the A list names there, it's a great crowd for Chris to mingle and network with. I think that it's important for Chris to attend more events like this (and start playing a little more of the PR game) as he cements his post-Glee career prospects. I respect that he doesn't want to be in the gossip rags because of who he's dating and I don't want to see him attend events just to be seen on the red carpet. But for major events for his industry - get seen and get his name in the press. The last thing he (or any of the cast) can afford is for people to forget about him once Glee is over.

As Chris said has said, he's busy while filming Glee but when it wraps up it's going to hit him emotionally like a ton of bricks. Glee literally changed his life and these people like Kevin and Jenna he's had more time with them then probably his own family these last 6 years....
