I believe this was the gift started on tumblr. A bunch of us wanted to recognize Chris' achievement for writing his first TV broadcast episode. It turned out really nice.

So this was something done by fans? ( I innocently believe some people from the Glee crew sent him this) I think those fans who were involved in this did a great job
