RIGHT?? In Paris at the same time as that convention, and yet he doesn't go... scheduling conflicts or he just doesn't have any more fucks left to give, it's truly amazing.
He looks really good, skinny jeans and sunglassed and all. And he's with his family AND Will (let's face it, he's family now too), yaaay

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
These photos are making me happier than if I were in Paris. Chris and Will and the family have definitely earned a fun vacation together, and Chris looks so happy. His photos with Hannah are the sweetest .

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
What lovely pics.
Some anon did say Noel was in pre-production.
Take it with a grain of salt.
Chris was probably on set, but the to spend time with his family and give them a holiday.
Chris looks to happy, and I have sat it free.
Chris does have the Polly Bergen tribute and after that he most probably will head back to London to start the actual filming.
Of course Will is family.

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
I am guessing the old lady could be Chris's grandma.
Chris does not seem to mind being photographed by the media or having fans wanting pics with him and his family.
I am wondering if they all went to the Noel set together.
That is if Chris did go there while in London.
That pic with Chris kissing his sister on the cheek, is so sweet.

I am wondering if the other two women in the some of the pics might be Will's mum and one of his sisters?
I just like the idea of the Colfer's and Sherrod's holidaying together if that were the case.

Here is a thought if it is the two families, could there be a proposal involved?
This is entirely speculation of course.

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
What great pictures! Chris certainly looks happy and relaxed! I love seeing pictures of him with his sister.
I have to say that the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the pictures with the extended family (like grandma), the first thing that popped into my head was "could he secretly be getting married?"
How funny that he is photographed around Paris with his family the day of the Gleek convention (I am sure the tinhatters are having a field day with that one).
I hope these are the only pictures we get of them, though. I hope they can just relax and enjoy themselves. The pictures almost feel too invasive to me.
I wonder if they are going to Disneyland Paris while they are there.
Re: Chris and Family in Paris
Considering that Paris is a short jaunt from London (flying there is a breeze or the could have taken the train through the Chunnel), it was easy for Chris to take a weekend there. And how much fun does Chris, Will and the family look like they're having. Chris looks amazing.
And it's hysterical that Chris went the weekend of the convention (and presumably after Darren was supposed to return to New York). He's certainly cementing the fact that he has very quickly moved past Glee.
Yay for Chris staying in Europe. Though he'll be in my neck of the woods later this week.

As Ashley isn't there or any of their other friends I am still thinking proposal.
Disneyland would be perfect I would think.

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
^Lol, so true.
So Chris could have gone to the Glee convention if he had wanted to, or at least pop in for an hour or 2, and yet he chose not to.
Instead he's happily showing his family Paris, with his boyfriend prominently by his side I might add, giving absolutely no fucks anymore.
It's just perfect.
I hope he didn't mind getting photographed, but he doesn't seem to be too bothered by it on the pics, and he looks great, and happy.
The one with him kissing Hannah is very sweet.
This is so funny, I'm still laughing as I type this.dimpledchris wrote:Buenos wrote:It's great

This was my thought as well. It is a big contingent to be going.

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
^Why would he get married in Paris or London, and go through all that hassle? Is that even possible as an American citizen?
And he'd have no friends at his wedding, like Ashley.
Unless he got an exclusive offer to get married at Palais Versailles of course. He couldn't refuse that.
But I guess it's some bonding holiday for the 2 families, as they live on opposite sides of the country (California and Florida).
As for the Glee convention: it's very possible Chris isn't even aware that the Paris convention was this weekend. The arrangements and contracts for it must have been made several months ago, and as Chris wasn't going and didn't commit himself he possibly forgot the actual date.
Although it's nice to think he did know but didn't care anyway.

Oh girl! Well is Chris's life and he is sure Will is the man for him, good for him. But personally I think 30 years old is a good age to get married. But I repeat,is up to Chris

Everyone seemed to be taking turns, but it's a real sign of just how accepted Will is by the Colfers.
As much as my voyeuristic inclinations are being satisfied, I'm just glad to see Chris so happy and relaxed. Now that he's free of the Glee pressure cooker (and I'm not going to underestimate how much pressure he was put under, between trying to make good work with the crap writing, dealing with the showrunners being idiots, a costar that he was apparently tired of having to carry and the nutty fandom), he can relax and enjoy some of the fruits that his hard work have earned him.
He's in Europe about to film a highly anticipated project with some of the greats of British cinema, he's in love and he's got a wonderful family. Right now, life couldn't be more perfect for him.

Re: Chris and Family in Paris
I was thinking this couldn't be a very easy trip for Hannah, with the time change and jet lag. She looks so tired in most of her pictures. I hope she has a good time as well. Such a sweet brother though .
