I think he has, but he's more of a quiet, in the background kind of fella.valkeakuulas wrote:Chris knows those legs do wonders in the fandom.
Has his dad ever been to the events? I know his mom and Hannah did last year but his dad? I have this image of him being a traditional blue collared worker who just doesn't get why fans squeal over a book and his son but endures it because, hey it's his son and he still admires that he has been a success. :)I guess many dads would be like that.

The idea if I did ever anything "famous-like" and how my parents would react... I believe they'd be the biggest braggers .
I love Hannah in how unimpressed she looks in some pics. I get it. I also wouldn't want to sit next to either of my sisters in how they sign countless of books.
I am surprised the sighning was only 50 minutes long

xthe window display for chris at copperfield’s in petaluma
[facebook]hey, Copperfield’s Teens had coffee with Chris Colfer this morning, and- well, he’s the real deal. Really smart and funny - and he’s looking forward to Petaluma! His favorite book, growing up? Harry Potter 4. And one of his favorite growing up memories? The Midnight Release parties for the Harry Potter books! He’s our kind of guy. Join us on July 24th at 7 and see for yourself!
[facebook]Wow. Petaluma is amazing! Thank you all - great fans, a fabulous night with Chris Colfer and 600 folks who like him, and stood in line to meet him! He loved our store, our town, and everyone he met. He kept saying what a good time he had, and how much fun it was (and that his face hurt from smiling!) He even signed our table in tribute to such a great evening. Thank you all again. We love Ptown!

So sweet. I'm glad his family was there too. I bet her mom is so proud of him.arina wrote:
Thanks for this. I already was wondering if he was bored, or it was a tradition to do a doodle on that table.Glorfindel wrote:[facebook]Wow. Petaluma is amazing! Chris has spent so much time in bookstores, he is a librarian by default! (and yes, I know that libriarians work in libraries.)

This is just perfect. Before I even saw the text, I saw these two and thought of Alex and Conner! This is even more perfect than the two who dressed up as Alex and Conner last year because these two are the real deal!sheny wrote:

i know a lot of people want to see LOS as a motion picture, but given the demographic and subject, it could be a cool disney/pixar animated feature as well. and given that cartoon only come out in small numbers every year, it could be profitable for them.

It can go either way. Personally, I'd love for it to be a live action picture with CGI effects. Like Narnia, Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.

TLOS actually has more human figures so live action would work too. on the other hand, i'd trust pixar more than any other film studios whose products are more miss than hits. w/ pixar, almost all hits and not a single miss.
