I alwas wondered why Kurt and Finn weren't dancing in the beginning of this. I love Chris' laugh about the youtube video.

Will got a lot of mustard in his butt chin.

Spin Kurt spin!

Oh poor misguided Will. Never take advice from Sue.

I'm with Kurt. How exactly is lightning in competition with an above ground swimming pool? What what about the sharks and the bears?

Rachel's yellow and blue plaid bow is hideous.

I love he way Sue puts so much venom into her voice when she says "Glee Club." And so funny when she says she's about to turn 30 when in reality she's closer to 50 Wink

Sue's track suit in the scene with Terri is absolutely hideous. Brown with pink stripes? Ugh!

Poor old lady nurse. How does Sue manage getting away with that kind of stuff? And how does she live with herself after?

Finn's drool is gross. It is like vaseline or something. It doesn't move. Either that or he is wicked phlemy.

The guys must have loved watching Heather left her leg all the way up like she does when the girls are alone together.

Oh, Terri said it. Flirting is cheating. That's why Kurt got in trouble two and a half years later for texting some dweeb.

Vitamin-D high Finn is pretty funny. He was over played it, but it worked. My doctor put me on vitamin-D and I don't get like that when I take it.

I love the boys mash up. The first turn Kurt makes is fierce. Finn really overplayed the whole song. It's awesome. His expressions and movements are just so overanimated. I love it Smile

It's so funny to see how much shorter, and baby faced, and a bit chubbier Chris was in these early episodes. My how he has grown.

To be continued...

Rachel is actually being quite nice and supportive to Quinn here. It's not like she really has an ulterior motive to get Quinn back. She knows that they have the great female voices. They could replace Quinn with just about anyone.

Poor Howard Bamboo. Terri is so abusive to him.

Ken's shorts seem a lot shorter than I remember them being. And they kind of ride up in his croch. Ugh. I didn't need to see that. Ken is creepy that he wants to have something on the side with Will's wife (clearly two wrongs make a right, right?). Ken's health problems. Ugh.

I love that Kurt tells on the boys. I wish they did let him put corn rows in the boys hair. That would have been funny.

Interesting that Rachel's goal was a grammy award in the Rachel morning ritual montage. I always thought it was a Tony.

"You can trust me. I'm a nurse. It's good for you." Terri is so bad. LOL.

Will needs to put less mustard on his sandwiches. He's always getting it on his face. Have you ever noticed how much he eats chocolate chip cookies on the show?

Nothing says romance like pulling a ring out of your fanny pack when you are about to propose. That Ken is such a stud muffin.

Rachel talked really fast to introduce the song. I love that Kurt put on sunglasses because the girls dresses were so bright. I liked the boys performance better than the girls performance. I hate the way Rachel's voice sounds on that last Halo in the song.

Emma is pretty bad that she is pining over Will, and kind of propositioning him a bit. And then to say that he deserves better than her when she doesn't really know her. Granted, Will does deserve better than Terri, but Emma is really bad to be saying that to her.

Terri is really an idiot when it comes to babies. Quinn isn't even showing, and she asks her if she's having the baby now? And how would Quinn think that she can give the baby to Mrs. Schuester and not think that Will wouldn't find out?

Seriously, why did they have to make Ken's shorts so short. Ugh. Gross. I never noticed that before.

The Ken and Emma wedding deal is hysterical. What would be the point of getting married if you aren't going to live together, or let anyone know?

Hmm. Rachel said it's not cheating if everyone's doing it. So maybe that's why two years later, Blaine got away with talkng to Sebastian because once Kurt started flirting with another guy, it cancelled out all of Blaine's interactions with Sebastian.

Poor Howard Bamboo getting tackled for doing Terri's dirty work.

"You are oblivious to consequences." LOL. It's funny how a line like that meant nothing to me when the episode first aired, but after watching 3 seasons of Glee, there are lots of people who are oblivious to consequences on this show.

Oh, Will gave his favorite line to the kids: "I'm very disappointed in you guys." He says that so many times to the kids on this show that it is disturbing.

Jane Lynch really does a great job of playing nice and enthusiastic Sue. It's such a departure from the evil Sue. She is fantastic Smile

I though Cory was hilarious when he was high, same with Rachel. You can always justify what you want, "if everyone else is cheating, it isn't cheating." Yeah, right. You would think that Puck, with his experience with illegal substances would know the effects of that antihistamine. I loved Kurt's obliviousness, and his quoting Vogue.

I loved the boys performance, because they let Kurt be fierce, but still be Kurt. Just the scarf was enough. Funny where everyone else was running off at the mouth, Kurt just got more intense. The girls was also fun. I look back and see the group songs were so much more fun than all the solos and duets that have been so prevalent. Only two songs in this episode, and that was sufficient. Just about everyone had a moment to shine. I miss this.

The entire Will/Terri/Emma thing is kind of sour to me. Will knew whom he was marrying, they knew each other 15 years, but were married for about 8, I think. This was no spontaneous action. I doubt Terri spontaneously became a bitch. But they used that same bitchiness to make it okay for Will to flirt with another woman, and for Emma to tell the wife of the guy she desired he wasn't good enough for him. Glee is really good at allowing people to do whatever they wanted, if they were 'destined' to be together. Same with Rachel, because Quinn originally mirrored Terri.

I didn't like Emma's attitude about using the coach, even if he is not physically attractive to most of us, he was in love with her. She didn't want to be alone, so she was willing to use him, but was going to give him nothing. Great deal, treat him like a worm, and you are better than Terri? In what way?

Mr. Schue not only has a lot of chocolate chips cookies, but he always seems to eat them first.

This was kind of the beginning of Sue getting away with tremendously bad things, because it was supposed to be funny. Thankfully they finally got it through their little writer heads that you can't keep doing over the top things, because each time they have to be bigger, until the character becomes a farce. They did a fairly good job saving Sue this season.

That is all that comes to mind.

One thing that struck me in this episode is that Kurt's 'final move' in the boys' mash-up performance-- the one where he tilted his head back and had the microphone nearly upside down-- was used by all the girls in their mash-up performance in season 2.

I wonder whether Zach told Chris to do that, or whether it was something Chris came up with on his own to instill Kurt's personality into his dance moves.

Yes, Kurt really does look fierce in the boy's performance (and also somewhat sulky-- maybe because all his suggestions were turned down in favour of macho moves) Smile

Sues metaphore for raising kids with fear hits terribly close to the truth with my school history, kids respected and/or feared the most ruthless teachers, not sure we learned anything but we did listen. Sue would definately be one of those teachers and she has at least two times caused someone to tumble down the stairs with unclear resolutions, so physical violence is yet again there for Glee.

These first Wemma scenes...I'm not sure what I think of them. It gets even more weird when Terri is added to the mix. Tanaka and Emma are even weirder than Wemma. I really can't see Emma with anyone before she gets mentally better.

I remember being tired and bored during all of high school, aren't all teenaers like that? Is ephedrine included medicine really over the counter drugs in US?

Kurt looks hilariously out off place with the guys in the backing vocals, he has indeed grown so much. So much like reality: girls grow almost always insync but boys can be inches apart at the same age. Funny how you notice things, Mike has from the beginning been one of the jocks that has been more open towards Kurt. Perhaps it's because of his dancing dreams he feels little out of place with the guys as well.

I might start using Terri's ”I'm not built to work for five days a week” when I will feel tired of working.

Finns line about using steroids and losing you junk was hilarious since the finnish subtitles really went there: ”They make your **** fall off.” It's quite rough text because actual reality Finn would say just that infront of Rachel, he's honest and simple that way.

I loved the girls yellow dresses. Glee does know how to do girls unison dresses since they have almost always been wonderful.

This episode has way too much of Terri. I somewhat see why she was cut down relatively quickly. Howard Bamboo has suffered so much because of her.

I feel Wemma will have a similar fate as Terri, slowly diminishing since their fanbase is dwindling. I keep thinking that women like Terri do really have kids in the real world, which is horrible. Emma approaching Tanaka in the locker room reminds me of these stories of middle aged marriage matches where the princess knows she is just a commodity. Ugh!

This episode was not really for me.
